Our son dr Srikant Sharma,  Psychiatrist consultant wrote on his wall of Anandam Psychiatric Center Delhi , regarding depression , may leading to suicide....How to cope with.

Dear Friends,
We all are shocked to the core on hearing the news of very versatile and rising star Sushant Singh Rajput’s Death by Suicide.
May his soul rest in peace and give strength to his near and dear ones to face this extremely difficult situation.

Remember Mental Health is a very important aspect of life like physical health...and it remains hidden many times...
:A person can appear super confident but anxious inside
:Very Successful but feels unworthy
:Smiling face with Depressive inside.....

As a Mental Health Expert I want to share-
What Best you can do to someone with Mental health issues like Depression
: Tell them that
1. They can talk to you anytime and about anything without having fear of being judged

2. They are not Burden

3. You Love them

4. You will not leave them and will get through this together

5 Go along with them to a Mental health Expert like a Psychiatrist , psychologist for treatment

Also in General-
1. Stop Bullying both online and in real life scenarios
2. Be kind and supportive
3. Checking in on your loved ones—when they go quite or withdrawn
4. Educate yourself about mental health

So talk about mental health and illness and reach out to a Mental health professional nearby.....
