Positive attitude

આજ તેનો ઇન્ટરવ્યુ હતો.મનોમન નકકી કર્યું હતું કે જો નોકરી મળી જાય તોબીજે રહેવા જતું રહેવું છે.મમ્મી પપ્પાની રોજબરોજનીનાની વાતો જેવી કે:-- સૂઈને ઊઠે ત્યારે ચાદરસરખી કરી દે,- નાહીને બહાર નીકળેત્યારે નળ બરોબર બંધ કરવો,- નાહીને શરીરનો રૂમાલતાર પર સૂકવી દેવો,- રૂમમાંથી બહાર નીકળેતો પંખો બંધ કરવિગેરે વિગેરે ફરમાનોથીએ કંટાળી ગયો હતો.ગંતવ્યસ્થાને પહોંચ્યો.જોયું, તો...પેસેજની લાઈટસવારે દસ વાગે પણચાલુ હતી.કોઈ રિસેપ્શનિસ્ટપણ ન હતી.તેણે લાઈટ બંધ કરીકારણકે મમ્મી નીટકોર યાદ આવી.ઓફિસના દરવાજાપર કોઈ હતું નહીં.બાજુમાં પાણીપાઈપમાંથીબહાર નીકળતું હતું.તેણે સરખું કર્યું,કારણકેપપ્પાની ટકોર યાદ આવી.બોર્ડ માર્યું હતુંકે બીજા માળેઇન્ટરવ્યુ છે.સીડીની લાઈટ પણચાલુ હતી તેએણે બંધ કરી.એક ખુરશીઆડી પડી હતીતે ય સરખી કરી.પહેલા માળે જોયું તોબીજા કેન્ડિડેટ પણ હતા.જે ફટાફટઅંદર જઈનેતરત જબહાર આવતા હતા.બહાર આવેલાં સહુબડબડતા હતાં કે કોઈકંઈ પૂછતા જ નથી.તેનો વારો આવ્યો એટલેઅંદર જઈને ફાઇલ બતાવી.ફાઇલ જોયા પછીતરત જ મેનેજરે પૂછ્યું:_ક્યારથી જોઈન કરશો?_એને નવાઈ લાગી કેકશું પૂછયા વગર આજોઈન કરવાનું કહે છે.એપ્રિલ ફૂલ તો નથી ને?બોસ સમજી ગયા,અને પ્રત્યુત્તર માં કહ્યું:_ભાઈ, ચોંકશો નહીં.__કોઈ એપ્રિલ ફૂલ નથી,__આ એક હકીકત છે.__આજના ઇન્ટરવ્યૂમાં અમે__કોઈને જ કંઈ પૂછ્યું નથી.__બસ CCTV માં__સહુનો Attitude જોયો છે.__બધા કેન્ડિડેટ આવે છે,__પણ કોઈને નળ__બંધ કરવાનું કે__લાઈટ બંધ કરવાનું__સૂઝતું નથી.__એક બસ તમે જ તેમાં__પાસ થયા છો.__ધન્ય છે તમારા માબાપ ને__કે જેમણે__તમને આવા સંસ્કારો આપ્યા__અને શિસ્તના પાઠ ભણાવ્યા છે.__જે વ્યક્તિ પાસે__Self Discipline__હોતી નથી તે__ગમે તેટલો હોશિયાર હોય__મેનેજમેન્ટમાં અને જિંદગીની__દોડમાં નિષ્ફળ જ જાય છે._આ સાંભળીને મનોમનએણે નક્કી કર્યું કેઘેર જઈને મમ્મી, પપ્પાનીમાફી માંગી લઈશ અનેકહીશ કેતમારી નાનીનાની ટકોર આજેમને જિંદગીના પાઠ ભણાવી ગઈજેની આગળ મારીડિગ્રીની પણ કોઈ કિંમત નથી.*_જીવનમાં શિસ્ત અને_**_હકારાત્મક અભિગમ કેળવીએ._*

How much does it cost to educate a medical student?

6 lakhs? 13 lakhs?

Take the budget (yearly fund) of running a medical college and divide it by the number of MBBS students and you will get the figure.

*But is this money really spent on the students?*

Let's see.

What are the things bought with this money?

Medicines

ECG machines

Scanners (CT /USG)

Patient beds

Wards

Operation theatres....

THE WHOLE HOSPITAL BUILDING IS ONLY FOR THE PATIENTS!

*What about the teachers?*

The teachers are doctors, who are engaged full time in  treating the sick (outpatient work, ward rounds, operations, medico legal - court and certificate work)

Basically they just explain the techniques of diagnosis &  treatment to the medico during the routine work.

Theory & seminars (pure rescuing) are rare duties for these doctors- may be once in a week or once in a month.

*But are there staff only teaching?*

Yes. There are three departments which do not routinely do patient- related work routinely. Anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology.

WHAT ABOUT THE OTHER "NON CLINICAL" DEPARTMENTS? AREN'T THEY PURELY FOR TEACHING MEDICAL STUDENTS?

Even the so called "non clinical" departments like patho and micro are full time occupied in processing blood tests, infections and tissue samples.(patient care)

So this means there are just about 45 teaching staff, 4 or 5 lecture halls, some seminar halls, couple of hostels, & an "academic section" (13 clerks) and a principal - purely involved in teaching medical students!

The students have to pay tuition fees, van fees, hostel fees - to pay for all the above mentioned "luxuries" 

SO.....

*A MEDICAL COLLEGE IS JUST A SUPER-SPECIALTY HOSPITAL WITH MEDICAL STUDENTS OBSERVING THE PROCEDURES*.

The money spent purely on the education of a medical student is so small, because......

all the (medical college) funds are used for patients, wards, even cold rooms to store dead bodies

*BUT NOT FOR MEDICAL STUDENTS!*

Now go to an engineering college.... Or , go to an arts college-

Everything there- 

The buildings, 

The countless numbers of 

Lecture halls and seminar rooms

The office sections (all of them)

The laboratories,

The playgrounds, 

And the salaries of every single teacher, clerk and sweeper....

*IS FOR THE STUDENTS! ONLY FOR THE STUDENTS!*

No direct community service by the teachers!

Just teach the students and go home! No other work!

What about engineering colleges? 

Their precision machinery, their high tech labs, their computers...

*Does the civil engineering department build houses for the poor?*

NO

*Does electrical department provide lighting for the rural?*

NO

*Does chemical department  help in control of pollution?*

NO

*Does mechanical department help repair our transport buses?*

NO!

but every single medical student serves the poor & needy during internships & post graduation and Sr. Residency!

No lunch! 

No dinner!

No sleep!

And after that? One year  RURAL SERVICE!

*Does the B Com student help government in clerical work?*

*Does engineering student spend a year in PWD? or electricity board?*

*WHY NOT?*

*WHY IIT STUDENTS GO TO AMERICA WITHOUT SPENDING A SINGLE MINUTE IN SERVING INDIAN POOR?*

*Are IIT graduates allergic to India*?

Dear friend, government spends crores on education, BUT NOT FOR MEDICAL STUDENTS!

*In fact, a medical student is the CHEAPEST GRADUATE produced by the government. (cheaper than even BA literature or LLB)*

Doctor owes less to society than a B.Com failed student! But still they serve you!

How dose one get things for free

Japan does not have ANY welfare programmes  like Free LPG etc.

Their motto :

 Work for it or do without.

These are possibly the 5 best sentences you'll ever read and all applicable to our Indian   experiment :

 1 . You cannot legislate the poor into prosperity by legislating the wealthy out of prosperity.

 2 . What one person receives without working for, another person must work for without receiving.

 3 . The government cannot give to anybody anything that the government does not first take from somebody else.

 4 . You cannot multiply wealth by dividing it!

 5 . When half of the people get the idea that they do not have to work because the other half is going to take care of them, and when the other half gets the idea that it does no good to work because somebody else is going to get what they work for, that is the beginning of the end of any nation.

Good  citizens should stop this mania.

Can you think of a reason for not sharing this ?

Cost and economics of child education

પોતાના બાળકને પ્રથમ વર્ગમાં મૂકતી વખતે માતા-પિતા ને આવેલો અફલાતુન વિચાર....આ વિચારને 100 તોપોની સલામી 💣આ વિચાર 100%  પ્રેરક છે.જેમનો પુત્ર અથવા પુત્રી 2022 માં "પ્રથમ વર્ગમાં" જશે તેમના માટે ખૂબ જ મહત્વપૂર્ણ માહિતી.મિત્રો, મારું નામ વિશાલ કાળે છેમારા પુત્ર દેવ વિશાલ કાળે માટે, મેં  "પ્રથમ ધોરણ" ના પ્રવેશ માટે ઘણી શાળાઓમાં ફી ની તપાસ કરી, તો  રૂ. 40,000 થી રૂ. 1 લાખ સુધીની છે, અને એ નર્સરી થી UKG માટે પણ સરખીજ  છે.ત્યારે મને એક વિચાર આવ્યો કે તમે તમારા બાળકોના શિક્ષણ માટે દર વર્ષે આટલા બધા પૈસા ખર્ચો છો તો પણ નોકરીની ગેરંટી કેમ નથી? જો કોઈ કહે કે છે, તોય ભારે સ્પર્ધા અને અન્ય મુશ્કેલીઓ તો છેજ.તેથી મને લાગ્યું કે જો તેને  દર વર્ષે લાગનારી ફીમાંથી  રિલાયન્સ, ટાટા, મારુતિ સુઝુકી, હિન્દુસ્તાન યુનિલિવર, ઇન્ફોસીસ, અદાણી, બજાજ, આરવીએનએલ, લ્યુપીન, રેડ્ડી, અમેરજા, એલએન્ડટી, એસબીએન, એચડીએફસી, આઈસીઆઈસીઆઈ, કોટક, એક્સિસ જેવી વિશ્વ વિખ્યાત કંપનીઓના દર વર્ષે 1 લાખ ના શેર ખરીદી લઈએ અને બાળકને  "જિલ્લા પરિષદ" ની શાળામાં દાખલ કરાવીએ. જો બાળક સક્ષમ હશે તો તે પોતાની રીતે પ્રગતિ કરશેજ કારણ કે કોન્વેન્ટમાં ફી ચૂકવીને પણ વિશ્વમાં એવી કોઈ શાળા નથી કે જે ખાતરી આપે કે તે સક્ષમ અને કર્તૃત્વવાન થશેજ.  આથી કોન્વેન્ટમાં આ ફી ભર્યા વિના જ્યારે બાળક પ્રથમ વર્ગમાં હોય ત્યારે 1 લાખ, 2જા માટે 1 લાખ, 3જા માટે 1 લાખ. આમ કરતા કરતા , 17 વર્ષે તેની પાસે રૂ. 17 લાખની કિંમતના શેર હશે, અને પ્રથમ વર્ગમાં લીધેલ શેરની કિંમત ઓછામાં ઓછી રૂ. 1 કરોડ થઇ ગઈ  હશે અને તેના નામે 17 કંપની ના શેર હશે. જો તમે છેલ્લા 17 વર્ષમાં ઉપરોક્ત ટોચની કંપનીના શેરની કિંમત જુઓ તો મારા પુત્ર પાસે 17 વર્ષમાં કુલ  શેર ની રકમ ઓછામાં ઓછી 1.5 કરોડ થી વધુમાં વધુ 21 કરોડ હશે.....તો મને એવો વિચાર આવ્યો કે જો કોઈ આ વર્ષે બાળકોને શાળામાં એડમિશન અપાવે તો online અથવા સરકારી શાળામાં  મૂકે. જે જિલ્લા પરિષદ/સરકારી શાળાઓને બચાવશે, માતૃભાષામાં શિક્ષણ આપશે, શિક્ષણ સમ્રાટો પર અંકુશ લગાવશે, બેફામ ભ્રષ્ટાચાર ઘટાડશે અને પિતાની જીવનની કમાણી બચાવશે. ભણતર પૂરું કરશે ત્યારે તેને  કામ કરવાની જરૂર નહી રહે, ઉપરથી એ બીજાને રોજગાર આપી શકશે.'વ્યવહારિક બનો' અને જરૂર વિચારો. ગમે તો અચૂક શેર કરજો, થોડીક લોકજાગૃતિ આવશે.- શિક્ષણ અને નાણા નિષ્ણાત માતાપિતા

Dear Children,

I am writing this to you because of 3 reasons

*A).* Life, fortune and mishaps are unpredictable, nobody knows how long he lives. 

*B).* I am your father, and if I don't tell you these, no one else will.

*C).* Whatever written is my own personal bitter experiences that perhaps could save you a lot of unnecessary heartaches. 

*Remember the following as you go through life*

*1.* Do not bear grudge towards those who are not good to you. No one has the responsibility of treating you well, except your mother and I. 

To those who are good to you, you have to treasure it and be thankful, and ALSO you have to be cautious, because, everyone has a motive for every move. When a person is good to you, it does not mean he really will be good to you. You have to be careful, don't hastily regard him as a real friend.

*2.* No one is indispensable, nothing is in the world that you must possess. 

Once you understand this idea, it would be easier for you to go through life when people around you don't want you anymore, or when you lose what you wanted the most.

*3.* Life is short. 

When you waste your life today, tomorrow you would find that life is leaving you. The earlier you treasure your life, the better you enjoy life.

*4.* Love is nothing but a transient feeling, and this feeling would fade with time and with one's mood. If your so called loved one leaves you, be patient, time will wash away your aches and sadness. 

Don't over exaggerate the beauty and sweetness of love, and don't over exaggerate the sadness of falling out of love.

*5.* A lot of successful people did not receive a good education, that does not mean that you can be successful by not studying hard! Whatever knowledge you gain is your weapon in life. 

One can go from rags to riches, but one has to start from some rags!

*6.* I do not expect you to financially support me when I am old, neither  would I financially support your whole life. My responsibility as a supporter ends when you are grown up. After that, you decide whether  you want to travel in a public transport or in your limousine, whether rich or poor.

*7.* You honour your words, but don't expect others to be so. You can be good to people, but don't expect people to be good to you. If you don't understand this, you would end up with unnecessary troubles.

*8.* I have bought lotteries for umpteen years, but could never strike any prize. That shows if you want to be rich, you have to work hard! There is no free lunch!

*9.* No matter how much time I have with you, let's treasure the time we have together. We do not know if we would meet again in our next life.
