Our Journey Together is so Short

A young lady sat in a bus. At the next stop a loud and grumpy old lady came and sat by her. She squeezed into the seat and bumped her with her numerous bags.

The person sitting on the other side of the young lady got upset, asked her why she did not speak up and say something.

The young lady responded with a smile:

"It is not necessary to be rude or argue over something so insignificant, the journey together is so short. I get off at the next stop."

This response deserves to be written in golden letters:

*"It is not necessary to argue over something so insignificant, our journey together is so short"*

If each one of us realized that our time here is so short; that to darken it with quarrels, futile arguments, not forgiving others, discontentment and a fault finding attitude would be a waste of time and energy.

Did someone break your heart? *Be calm, the journey is so short.*

Did someone provoke or intimidate you? *Be calm, forgive; the journey is so short.*

Did someone betray, bully, cheat or humiliate you? *Be calm, forgive; the journey is so short.*

Whatever troubles anyone brings us, let us remember that *our journey together is so short.*

No one knows the duration of this journey. No one knows when their stop will come. *Our journey together is so short.*

Let us cherish friends and family. Let us be respectful, kind and forgiving to each other. Let us be filled with gratitude and gladness.

If I have ever hurt you, I ask for your forgiveness. If you have ever hurt me, you already have my forgiveness.

After all, *Our Journey Together is so Short!*

Game ?

ये सचमुच सच है for all husband and wife   कभी मत भूलना.....👌..

Local Indian food is great

*Rujuta Diwekar* is the highest paid *dietician* in India. She is the one who took care of *junior Ambani* to lose 108 kgs.
*Her advice to diabetics*:

1. *Eat fruits grown locally* ..... Banana, Grapes, Chikoo, Mangoes. All fruits have FRUCTOSE so it doesn't matter that you are eating a mango over an Apple. A Mango comes from Konkan and Apple from Kashmir. So Mango is more local to you.

*Eat all the above fruits in DIABETES as the FRUCTOSE* will eventually manage your SUGAR

  2. Choose Seed oils than Veggie oils. Like choose ground nut, mustard, coconut & til. *Don't choose chakachak packing oils*, like olive,  rice bran etc
*Go for kachchi ghani oils than refined oils*

  3. Rujuta spends max time in her talks talking about GHEE and its benefits.
*Eat GHEE daily*. How much GHEE we should eat depends on food. Few foods need more GHEE then eat more and vice versa. Eat ample *GHEE. It REDUCES cholesterol*.

  4. *Include COCONUT.* Either scraped coconut over food like poha, khandvi or chutney with idli and dosa
Coconut has *ZERO CHOLESTEROL* and it makes your WAIST SLIM

  5. *Don't eat oats, cereals for breakfast*. They are packaged food and we don't need them.  Also they are tasteless and boring and our day shouldn't start with boring stuff.
Breakfast should be poha, upma, idli, dosa, paratha

  6. Farhaan Akhtar's New ad of biscuits - fibre in every bite... Even ghar ka kachara has fibre, likewise oats have fibre. Don't chose them for fibre. *Instead of oats, eat poha, upma, idli, dosa*

  7. *No JUICES till you have teeth* in your mouth to chew veggies and fruits

  8. *SUGARCANE is the real DETOX* . Drink the juice fresh or eat the SUGARCANE

  9. For pcos, thyroid - do strength training and weight training and avoid all packaged food

10. *RICE - eat regular WHITE RICE. NO NEED of Brown rice.* Brown rice needs 5-6 whistles to cook and when it tires your pressure cooker, then why do you want to tire your tummy.

A white rice is hand pounded simple rice

*Rice* is not high is GI INDEX.  Rice has mediun GI index and by eating it with daal / dahi / kadhi we bring its GI index further down
If we take _ghee over this daal chawal then the GI INDEX is brought further down._
*B.* Rice has some rich minerals and you can eat it even three times a day

11. How much should we eat - *eat more if you are more hungry,* let your stomach be your guide and vice versa

12. We can *eat rice and chapati together* or only rice if you wish. It depends on your hunger. *Eat RICE in ALL THREE MEALS without any fear.*

13. Food shouldn't make you scared like eating rice and ghee. *Food should make you FEEL GOOD*

14. *NEVER* look at *CALORIES*. Look at *NUTRIENTS*

15. *No bread, biscuits, cakes, pizza, pasta*

16. Ask yourself is this the food my Nani & Dadi ate?  If yes then eat without fear.

17. Eat as per your season. *Eat pakoda, fafda, jalebi in monsoon*. Your hunger is as per season. Few seasons we need fried food so eat them.

18. When not to have chai - tea - don't drink tea as the first thing in morning or when you are hungry. Rest you can have it 2-3 times a day and with sugar

19. *NO GREEN tea please.* No green, yellow, purple, blue tea.

20. Eat *ALL* of your *TRADITIONAL* foods.

21. Strictly *NO* to packaged foods / drinks.

22. *Exercise / Walk*
to digest & stay healthy.

Charity wrapped in Dignity!!!!

*Charity wrapped in Dignity!!!!*

She asked him, "How much are you selling the eggs for?"
The old seller replied to her, "Rs.5/- for one egg, Madam."
She said to him, "I will take 6 eggs for Rs.25/- or I will leave."
The old seller replied, "Come take them at the price you want... May be this is a good beginning because I have not been able sell to anyone today."
She took it and walked away with a feeling that she has won. She got into her fancy car and went to pick her friend, and invited her to a posh restaurant.
She and her friend sat down and ordered what they liked. They ate a little and left a lot of what they ordered.
Then she went to pay the bill. The bill was Rs.1,400/-. She gave him Rs. 1,500/- and said to the owner of the restaurant: "Keep the change."
This incident may seem quite normal to the owner of the restaurant. But it is very painful for the poor egg seller.

The bottom line is:
_*Why do we always show that we have the power when we buy from the needy and the poor? And why are we generous with those who do not need our generosity ?*_

Every time a poor child comes to me to sell something simple, I remember a tweet from the son of a rich man who said, "After every prayer my father used to buy simple goods from poor people at expensive prices, even though he did not need them. Sometimes he used to pay more for them. I used to get concerned by this act and I asked him about it. Then my father told me: " *It is a charity wrapped with dignity, my son.*"

Compare these two stories of social hypocrisy.
The first one is disappointing and the second one is inspiring...!

Health care in India

This is an excellent article, though a bit long. Please read it to understand about the current situation of doctors and medical practice. This was forwarded to me by a lawyer .

Prateek Bhatnagar

The Drama and The Tragedy of Indian Healthcare

“One doesn’t need to be a doctor to start a hospital, just as one can start a hotel without knowing how to cook”.

Big businessmen and corporates who must invest their money in profitable ventures knew this very well. Up came gigantic buildings under the title ‘advanced / world class healthcare’, where much was invested in the infrastructure and technology, but the quality of doctors was kept to bare minimum necessary: junior most who are willing to accept the atrocious sharing conditions. These new ‘Money Making Machines’ picked up very well, because they gave the  rich class an illusion that they can buy health with money, but also attracted the middle and lower classes under the ever-coveted term ‘cashless’. The fear of illness and death was exploited with aggressive marketing. Many things  started to change after 1992.

When one invests in many hundred crores, the profits must match. To maintain, there must be continuous patient flow, admissions, tests, procedures and surgeries. Indian society is quite vulnerable to advertising as well as corruption. All the marketing strategies and skills were aggressively employed in that direction. To catch patients for paying procedures and surgeries, to develop a patient base, free camps were arranged in the interiors. 'Free' is a universally loved term, most people blindly fall for it.

The idiotic term ‘whole body check up’ was invented to attract the illiterate, ignorant and hyperanxious crowds. Unnecessary tests were suggested and done happily under the false sense of health security.  PROs and marketing teams of various hospitals started visiting private doctors for the obvious: commissions on admission / tests / surgery.

Patients with even simple illnesses that can be treated at primary healthcare center were taken to bigger cities now, and they proudly boasted how much land they sold to get the right treatment.
The perpetual inadequacy or absence of federal / state healthcare infrastructure was never questioned.
Those who had insurance cover started thinking that they now own all the hospitals and doctors. They started behaving as if they are obliging the doctor / hospital by choosing them. ‘Only a good outcome is must because I am paying money’ became a universal expectation, and thanklessness, threats and vandalism started with almost every bad outcome.

Applying the consumer protection act in India, with high illiteracy, poverty and political interference was the final straw. Doctors now could not treat patients based upon only clinical judgement, because the patient and the courts would demand proofs. So tests became necessary, to the point of finding a proof. Evidence based medicine defeated the need for clinical judgement to treat simple conditions without having to do the tests. Doctors and patients both started to suspect each other, and grew apart.

Still some really patriotic doctors, clinics, smaller nursing homes and hospitals continued what was essential for the society, giving excellent healthcare at the lowest cost, based upon their patient base generated over decades of faith and trust. The ‘Clinical Establishment Act” broke the very spine of such hospitals, because it made western standards blindly mandatory for Indian hospitals. More licensing, over 30 permissions (bribes everywhere), and so much paperwork and infrastructure investment, that it was now impossible to keep healthcare low cost. The only thing that was excluded from such westernization was costing. As the doctor is the only face of healthcare for the patient, the ultimate blame for higher costs was conveniently placed upon his/ her shoulder. All doctors turned villains now.

The hidden plans to eradicate small hospitals and private practitioners are being successful now, given the hardships involved in running one’s own hospital. Thousands of small hospitals / clinics have closed down. Doctors now must join corporate hospitals if they want to continue as specialists. They have no control over billing and hospital policies, and are thrown out if they question anything.  Most people do not know that a doctor’s payment is less than 10 percent of most hospital bills, a standard corporate protocol all over India, and if the doctor wants to help the patient, it is his own bill that he/ she will have to sacrifice.

Mediclaim (Medical Insurance) is still at a fraudulent stage in India, with many deserving patients being denied insurance, while many patients being allowed to misuse it. Mediclaim companies now have two fatal policies; to encourage the accreditation business, thereby making it difficult for smaller hospitals to survive, and to dictate lowest healthcare costs for hospitals and doctor’s fees, whereby their own profit margin stays high. In such a scenario, the corporates either must inflate the bills or cut down on the quality of healthcare provided.

The big corporates required specialists who worked at the lowest salaries and accepted all their conditions. Those who had passed out without much merits from less academic medical colleges, those who had lower confidence and / or experience became easily available.  Instead of increasing govt medical colleges and seats, private medical education was encouraged, because the highest in the land prifited from that policy. The society never objected, because the dream of ‘buying a medical seat and ability of becoming a doctor even without merit’  had become a reality. Only a few exceptional students benefit from private medical education.

To pay for electricity and water and land and building with commercial rates, to get no subsidies, to pay full taxes, and then to be told to “subsidise”  patient bills for charity (whereas the govt hospitals keep on increasing it regularly), is atrocious. At every stage a hospital / doctor must bribe for permissions. Very few exceptions. In fact, people expect doctors to pay higher bribes.  Doctors belong to the same society as you, and mirror the same good and bad that the society has, there cannot be one-way blame game here. This does not mean there weren't greedy doctors, in fact the corporate policies helped some such doctors  flourish too.

There indeed were days when doctors earned too much money, some with good and some with deceptive means. Gone are those days. Now in each specialty there are a few who do well, and some who don’t. Most doctors struggle to maintain the incomes to continue offering good healthcare. Many have quit the profession.

Even patients are mostly not happy with only honest and good treatment. They want multiple facilities and luxuries,  trained staff, accreditations, cashless facility, no marketing/ referral/ cut practice, but still the lowest rates. How will smaller hospitals compete in such a scenario with the giant corporates?

In a few months / years, small hospitals and private medical practice will have been completely eradicated, the only healthcare options will be government or corporate. After defaming the entire medical profession and creating wide rifts between the society and doctors, the marketeers of health and life corporates and insurance companies, will  keep on freely filling their coffers while providing compromised healthcare at all stages.

Your doctor

Food for thought ........
- Did you realise that why there is sudden rise of media... social media posts against Doctors in last 4-5 yrs.... Did suddenly Doctors become villains?
- In every profession there are bad people... fortunately in medical field there very few... thats why everybody is surviving... Did you know that all over the world Indian Doctors are one of most respected Doctors for there knowledge, skills and ability to work for prolong period without fatigue... then why only dark side (which only 10%) is projected by media and politicians... why 90% of good work is not projected... think 🤔
- If you think from your heart you will realise that your own Doctor is not like that... then why this
- Now the real story begins
* Lot of big giants like Ambani, Birla and so many are entered in this field. They are making this field to health industry. With help of media and politicians they are running this show.
* They have already captured health system in metros. Now they want to enter small district level.
* Small hospitals are the biggest threat to them. Unless they force to shut these hospital off there survival at small town is not possible.
* There the game begins.
- If they become successful just think what will happen.
# Medical field will become health industry.
# If someone needs hospitalisation, he will have only two choice, one Government Hospitals and other Corporate Hospitals owned by these big industrial giants.
# Everybody knows the pathetic conditions of Government Hospitals. Its Government’s total failure to upgrade these Hospitals.
# Then the only way is Corporate Hospitals. Common man will die because of exuberant high bills of this hospitals. Compare the operative bills with small nursing home bill at district place with same operative bill at Corporate Hospital in Metro cities, you will realise what I want to say.
# With small nursing home you have one to one relation with your Doctor. In big Corporate Hospital Doctor will meet you only after completing all formalities. Because there he is not owner and he has been instructed by the management to do so.
# Now start thinking what you will face if this happens.

Let me clear you with some struggle talented Doctors will leave the country, rest will struggle but eventually survive.

But if you the common people don’t support your own Doctor, its only who will suffer. You wll not get good Doctor to treat you.
Though I am a doctor, I am worried, when I become old and may need medical attention, I may not get a good doctor.

*So I appeal to the common man, please come forward and support or tomorrow you may not get anybody to treat you*

If God shuts a door

If God shuts a door, let us quit banging on it. Whatever was behind it, wasn’t meant for us. Consider the fact that maybe he closed that door because He knew we were worth so much more.......

Some very important financial tips that everyone should know .

1. Avoid buying property on loans as it eats most of your earnings unless you have a clear plan for its repayment. It's important to monitor cash flow. Though, the house will be your asset, your liability will be much more.

2. Start a SIP at a very young age. Try to save atleast 15–25 % of your earnings.

3. Avoid buying a car unless you use it everyday.
.
4. Do not let this sentence scare you. “Mutual fund investment are subject to market risk. Please read the offer documents carefully before investing”. Most people avoid investing in mutual funds just because of this one warning. Yes, there is a market risk, but look at the history and growth of mutual funds.

5. Try having a simple wedding.

6. Atleast 20% of your wealth should be liquid so you can utilize it when necessary.

7. Considering inflation, you are actually losing money if it is in savings bank account. Do not keep huge money in savings bank account.

8. If you invest in stocks, pay due attention.

9. If you invest in stocks have a separate account for delivery investment and Intraday investment. It is easy to monitor this way and also makes tax calculation easy

10. Do not have a belief that property and car make you rich. Its what you save and invest, that is important.

11. Never invest in insurance for returns. Insurance is not an investment option. It is a risk management tool.

12. Never use credit cards for lavish spending. Use credit cards intelligently and for needs not for wants.

13. Cancel all credit cards before you die. Or inform family about all your accounts, credit cards, loans and saving now itself.  Even a small residue will cost your family much.

14. Invest on yourself and then on other investments.

15. Always try to balance your earnings with your savings first, then on  spending and loans. Never take unnecessary loans. Always have reserve and utilise them and unless no other go never take loan.

16. Always have a plan for future events on your career, life, spending and finance.

17. Always have a reserve on your savings for contingency and urgent situations.

18. Your personal life and health are the most important investment. Do have a regular health check and do healthy workout every day. Stay healthy and live happily.

Assaults on doctors

Incidents of assault against doctors in India have increased in the last few years. Majority of the doctors feel insecure at their workplace and that sometimes reflects on the quality of patient care. This article discusses the probable reasons for the increase in assault and what measures should be taken to avoid it, emphasizing on the role of communication.  Assault against medical professionals in India due to various issues like delay in attending patients, cost and quality of treatment, negligence of doctors is tremendously increasing. According to an estimation given by Indian Medical Association, about 75% of doctors have faced at least some kind of violence during their practice. This issue is worse in government hospitals as they distinctly lack security measures and protocols. Assault on doctors, current scenario in India: Over the past few decades, India has witnessed major economic growth. At the same time, there has been increased commercialization of healthcare facilities. Due to this, most of the doctors are choosing corporate settings in urban areas. This has resulted in unequal distribution of the number of doctors between the rural and urban areas. Government hospitals in India follow the welfare model as most of the patients in these hospitals are from the lower socio-economic background. Such hospitals are often swamped with patients and hence the quality of care can easily get compromised. On an average, a doctor in government hospital OPD attends about 200-300 patients per day. According to a recent report, a doctor in India spends about two minutes per patient and this may impart a perception of negligence to the patient, leaving him partially satisfied. Trust in the doctor-patient relationship has decreased over the last few decades. In earlier times, the medical profession was being considered as a noble profession with the predominant objective of serving the mankind. Due to increased and easier access to digital media, patients are more exposed to cases of medical negligence and malpractices. This has caused increased distrust among patients towards doctors. Most of the government hospitals lack adequate security system. Furthermore, the common public has almost completely lost their faith in the judicial system and hence in instances of medical negligence or other legal issues, they prefer to seek immediate revenge by using physical means rather than filing a case in the court. Expected measures to avoid violence against doctors: Apart from doctors, the roles of hospital authorities, government, media and the community are equally important in avoiding violence against doctors.  Hospital authorities: Adequate security personnel should be made available. Any visitor or attendant should not be allowed to enter without checking for proper identification and entry in the register. Visitors should not carry any kind of weapon in the hospital premises. Safety of doctors should be ensured by creating an emergency protocol and an evacuation plan to avoid the major act of violence. Government and police: Doctors should work with the government authorities to set security measures for themselves. A strict provision should be made in the law and any act of assault against doctors should be considered as a non-bailable offense. Media: The media plays an important role in conveying latest happenings in the healthcare sector to the public. Defaming physicians without any evidence should be avoided and convicting doctors should be left for the courts. Also, they should cover positive news about healthcare sector equally effectively. Community: Everybody’s expectations from healthcare providers have increased over years but people should understand the limitations of a doctor and medical science. They should believe in the judicial system and choose the proper way to lodge a complaint or a case instead of opting for physical assault against doctors.  Importance of communications skills: Patients often expect empathy and assurance from doctors that they will recover soon. Indian medical schools are excellent in giving medical training to their students, however, they seriously lack in teaching them empathy. Most fresh and young doctors are not often empathetic enough towards the patients and attendants, which leads to a sense of neglect in patients. This may trigger the violent assaults easily. It is inevitable for doctors to explain the patient’s prognosis to the attendants in a lucid manner. Almost 50% of the cases of violent incidents occur in the ICU and about 70% are caused by patient’s relatives. Any miscommunication from the doctors regarding patient’s prognosis may cause patient’s relatives to have too high or unrealistic expectations for patient’s recovery and that may trigger violence if his condition doesn’t get better. Doctors should also explain the importance of certain diagnostic tests if they are costly. As most patients lack health insurance, they think of these tests as a financial disaster. Also, sometimes they feel these are unnecessary and this results in displacement of anger towards the doctor. The most important point that all doctors should remember is, they should be polite to patients, irrespective of how many patients they attend every day. After waiting for hours to see the doctor, ineffective or rude behavior from a doctor can easily make patients and their attendants to feel angry and agitated. Doctors also should not overreact while breaking bad news and always be polite and empathetic in such situations. Positive communication certainly helps in building faith among patients. Rotation of residents in private and public hospitals: India is a vast country and patients come from all backgrounds and socio-economical strata. It is hence important for all doctors to get an exposure to all kind of patients. In this regard, medical fellows and trainees should rotate between public and private sectors. The approach of dealing with patients in these two settings is completely different and this diverse exposure will improve their communication skills. In public sector, the number of patients attended by a doctor is huge and this gives them hands-on training in handling various situations. After experiencing the environment in both types of hospitals, doctors can choose the middle path which will help them in avoiding incidents of assault. Although the current scenario seems gloomy, it is not impossible to deal with this issue. The problem is multi-factorial and hence appropriate measures from all sides will help to tackle it. From now on no free camps especially no to rotary , lions or any other NGOs . No going out of way to help any vips or media or any celebrity .No celebrity spoke for us in these days .we need to maintain our self respect .witnessed what all has been said and done to us . These memories will be fresh always...

Fair weather friends,
It is only in tough situations that you realise who your friends really are! Who stands up for you - come what may!
All of us doctors had a very rude awakening during the past 5 days of the strike.
The members of ROTARY CLUB, LIONS CLUB etc - who have taken so much mileage from the work they have done using us and our facilities and services - never saw them in our strike time. None called us expressing solidarity, standing up for our just cause. No messages on social media NOTHING WHATSOEVER.
They use our names, ideas and generate donations - how much of that gets spent in arranging cocktails and dinners  in star hotels and how much really gets used for the purpose it was generated for - we don't know.
I think we need an explanation from them...

Love ourselves

Let us love ourselves so much to the point that our energy and aura rejects anyone who doesn’t know our worth.

Blessings and misfortunes

Live our life with Purpose. Focus on our blessings, not our misfortunes, focus on our strengths, not our weaknesses. Be ourselves and don’t wait for the approval of others. But most importantly, have a positive and humble mindset no matter what situation we are in. Count our blessings, not our Problems, and we will realize how beautiful our Life truly is.

Good parenting

1) Mothers - please give your child a glass of water after returning from school everyday and ask him how his day was. (Even if his clothes are soiled, treat nicely).

2) Fathers - please fix an appointment with child and talk to him or let him talk to you everyday for at least 10 mins. (This improves speech and the ability to recollect things).

3) Parents - never argue, shout or fight with each other in front of the child.(He will learn that fighting is the best solution to solve a problem).

4) Provide a healthy and compulsory breakfast in the morning itself. (Don't make it brunch please).

5) Educate your child regarding "good and bad touch". Make him/her feel free to reveal if something goes wrong with him/her.

6) Don't let your maid  change clothes or give a bath to a school going child. (Maintain privacy always).

7) Ask your child to stand in front of a mirror and hold his tie and say "I am the best" everyday. ( This improves self-confidence).

8) Children reciprocate what you give them - say   "good ", they will be "very good ". If you say "very good " he/she will be excellent.

9) Don't consider your child  a stage performer to perform in front of guests. (They will be more shy and get guest phobia).

10) Never talk bad about your child's teacher (s) or school in front of them. (This will create a bad attitude towards the teachers/school).

11) Ask the opinion and suggestions of your child while taking decisions whenever possible. (This improves self-esteem).

Medical practice and myths

''MYTHS AND FACTS OF MEDICAL PRACTICE''

*1. MYTH - MEDICAL PROFESSION IS A NOBLE PROFESSION*..
FACT- EVERY PROFESSION, WHETHER OF A TEACHER, SOLDIER, TAILOR OR SHOPKEEPER, IS NOBLE, IF DONE WITH SINCERITY AND INTEGRITY.

*A CARELESS DOCTOR CAN KILL ONE**, A CARELESS  DRIVER CAN KILL DOZENS, A CARELESS ENGINEER CAN KILL HUNDREDS..

*2. MYTH - AS IT IS A SERVICE TO HUMANITY, DOCTORS SHOULD NOT RUN AFTER MONEY*.
FACT - MONEY IS AN IMPORTANT MEASURE OF SUCCESS. RUNNING AFTER IT IS NOT GOOD FOR ANYBODY, BUT EARNING MORE MONEY BY DOING MORE WORK IS NOT A MORAL CRIME.
AND ALL WHO ADVISING DOCTORS, THEMSELVES RUNNING AFTER MONEY, AREN'T THEY?

*3. MYTH - DOCTORS MUST BE HUNDRED PERCENT HONEST.*
FACT-  DOCTORS DO NOT COME FROM MARS OR VENUS. IF SUPREME COURT JUDGES OR ARMY GENERALS CAN BE CORRUPT, SO CAN A FEW DOCTORS. AS A CLASS, THEY ARE STILL BETTER THAN POLITICIANS, BUREAUCRATS, LAWYERS, POLICE OR PSU ENGINEERS.

*4. MYTH - MOST OF THE TIME, DOCTORS DO NOT UNDERSTAND THE DISEASE AND WRITE UNNECESSARY AND COSTLY DRUGS AND ADVISE TESTS AND TREAT ON A TRIAL BASIS.*
FACT- DOCTOR PATIENT RELATIONSHIP IS BASED ON TRUST, IF YOU DO NOT TRUST YOUR DOCTOR, GO TO ANOTHER ONE. MEDICAL SCIENCE IS A LIFE LONG LEARNING PROCESS, AND ALL TREATMENT, TO SOME EXTENT IS BASED ON TRIAL AND ERROR. THE SAME MEDICINE, WHICH WORKS FOR ONE PATIENT MAY NOT WORK ON ANOTHER.
SECOND, THE RESPONSIBILITY OF PROVIDING QUALITY DRUGS AT AFFORDABLE PRICES LIES NOT WITH THE DOCTOR, BUT WITH THE STATE AUTHORITIES, JUST LIKE PROVIDING FOR BETTER ROADS, UNADULTERATED QUALITY FOOD AND DAIRY PRODUCTS, UNINTERRUPTED POWER AND WATER SUPPLY ETC AND ETC. LIKE CLOTHS, CARS AND MOBILE PHONES, COSTLY DRUGS ARE GENERALLY BETTER THAN CHEAP ONES. HOWEVER, IF THE GOVERNMENT MAKES IT MANDATORY TO WRITE GENERICS, IT SHOULD ENSURE QUALITY AND THE CONSEQUENCE OF POOR/NON  EFFICACY SHOULD NOT BE BLAMED ON DOCTORS.
THIRD, TESTS ARE DONE FOR PATIENT’S OWN SAFETY. JUST LIKE WEARING A HELMET OR SEAT BELT, INVESTIGATIONS INCREASE THE SAFETY. MOST OF THE DOCTORS IN INDIA ARE TRAINED TO WORK ON CLINICAL HUNCH AND COMMON SENSE AND NOT RELY TOO MUCH ON TESTS, AND ADVISE MUCH LESS TESTS THAN WHAT IS ACTUALLY WRITTEN IN THE BOOK OR DONE IN THE DEVELOPED WORLD.

*5. MYTH - TREATMENT COSTS ARE INCREASING IRRATIONALLY*.
FACT-  COMPARED TO WESTERN WORLD, TREATMENT COSTS IN INDIA ARE STILL VERY LOW, AND MANY FOREIGNERS ARE COMING HERE FOR THIS REASON. AND IT WOULD BE WORTHWHILE TO THINK ABOUT ANY OTHER SERVICE OR PRODUCT WITH AS RAPID ADVANCEMENT IN TECHNOLOGY AND EQUIPMENT AS MEDICAL SCIENCE, WHOSE COST IS NOT INCREASING

*6. MYTH - DOCTORS ARE NEXT TO GOD*..
FACT - DOCTORS ARE AS HUMAN AS CAN BE. THEY ALSO GET TIRED, FALL SICK, HAVE FAMILY COMMITMENTS, GET UPSET AND STRESSED SOMETIMES AND CAN SUFFER FROM ALL THE FRAILTIES OF A HUMAN BEING. IF ANYONE WANTED TO BE TREATED BY GOD THEN THEY CAN VISIT THE TEMPLE..

Teach our children

Here is a list of things you need to teach your Child(ren) at early age:

1: Warn your Girl Child Never to sit on anyone's laps no matter the situation including uncles.

2: Avoid Getting Dressed in front of your child once he/she is 2 years old. Learn to excuse them or yourself.

3. Never allow any adult refer to your child as 'my wife' or 'my husband'

4. Whenever your child goes out to play with friends make sure you look for a way to find out what kind of play they do, because young people now sexually abuse themselves.

5. Never force your child to visit any adult he or she is not comfortable with and also be observant if your child becomes too fond of a particular adult.

6. Once a very lively child suddenly becomes withdrawn you may need to patiently ask lots of questions from your child.

7. Carefully educate your grown ups about the right values of sex . If you don't, the society will teach them the wrong values.

8: It is always advisable you go through any new Material like cartoons you just bought for them before they start seeing it themselves.

9. Ensure you activate parental controls on your cable networks and advice your friends especially those your child(ren) visit(s) often.

10. Teach your 3 year olds how to wash their private parts properly and warn them never to allow anyone touch those areas and that
includes you (remember, charity begins from home and with you).

11: Blacklist some materials/associates you think could threaten the sanity of your child (this includes music, movies and even friends and families).

12. Let your child(ren) understand the value of standing out of the
crowd.

13: Once your child complains about a particular person, don't keep quiet about it.

Take up the case and show them you can defend them.

Remember, we are either parents or parents-to-be.

Have a Nice day and Great Week Ahead

And possible forward to all friends who have children's.
