Simple , scientific  & effortless lifestyle to prevent lifestyle diseases (Obesity, Diabetes, Hypertension, Coronary disease)

Salient points  of HLR

1. Three meals a day.
2. No sugar, milk, rice, maida, processed food & company goods
3. Eat more protein (up to100 gm per day). Eat more fibers. Moderate amount of carbohydrate and fat.
4. Limited cooking oil (<20 ml per day). Limited salt (5gm/day)
5. One hour simple exercises at heart rate 100-140 zone.
6. Once a week Dinner to Dinner ( D2D) fasting.
7. Vitamins suppliments
8. Sleep 7  hours a day
9. ATAA mind exercise ( Attention tracking Awareness Augmentation)
10. Social get together for Health purpose e.g. trekking or running etc. (Not cocktail party)

1. Pregnancy and lactation
2. Children below 18 years
3. Atheletes & body building
4. Diabetes patients on OHA drugs.
5. Thin persons BMI below 18.
